2. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Trademarks & Fair Use

Mutual Arbitration & Forum Neutrality: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to confidential, individual, and binding arbitration administered in the English language under standard commercial arbitration rules. The global availability of Wordmom does not constitute submission to the personal jurisdiction of any foreign, state, or regional court, nor does it imply an intent to purposefully avail Wordmom of the laws of any particular foreign locality.
